1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most locations in India.

However, delivery availability may vary based on:

  • Courier service coverage

  • Remote or restricted locations

  • Government regulations or local restrictions

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

6. Delivery of Live Plants

For live plants:

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on weather conditions and destination.

  • Customers are advised to unpack plants immediately upon delivery and follow recommended care instructions.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

  • Take photographs of the package before opening.

  • Record an unboxing video whenever possible.

  • Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without supporting images or videos may be difficult to process.

8. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Gachera will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete contact information

  • Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections
