1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken during transit.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product photographs

  • Images of the shipping package (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Live plants

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to:

  • The original payment method used during purchase, or

  • Bank account details provided by the customer (for certain payment methods)

Please note that bank processing times may vary.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead request a return if eligible under this policy.

6. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs will be borne by Gachera.

  • For any other approved returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
